I wrote my first song during a hot, smoggy, Hollywood summer in 2003. I was really pissed off. I didn't know what about, but it sure made a good song. I sang it for my friends and they said I should write more. I have been a singer all my life so I thought, maybe I should finally give this a shot, and just get out of my own way!

I wrote a song for my mother's wedding and it seemed to be another big hit with everyone. So, here I am, 7 years later, after a breakdown, the birth of my son, and a roller-coaster-ride spiritual transformation, and my journey continues. With every step I take, every song I write, my life seems to continue to take on different shapes, forging new territory, my hard times birthing me into ever - expanding consciousness.

My purpose is God's purpose, and I am open to receive whatever He wants to have move through me. If, one day, I wake up and a different medium speaks to me, I'll let that come through as well. My songs are my prayers upon melodies; they bring me peace and joy. I hope you enjoy them too and the more to follow.
